(1) According to sub-section (8) of section 14, if the ministry receives information about the order that the fugitive accused or criminal cannot be extradited, within three days, the ministry shall inform the requesting state through diplomatic channels of the same.

(2) If extradition is not possible due to the absconding accused or criminal being a Nepali citizen, the ministry shall inform the requesting state through diplomatic channels that such accused or criminal will be prosecuted according to law.
